William has over 15 years experience coaching/L&M experience, proven commercially, a Masters in Coaching & NLP, BPS Occupational Test User (Ability & Personality), ILM Certified level 7 Trainer in Leadership & Coaching, PGCert in Learning & Teaching, Senior lecturer in HE plus more.
A graduate from the University of Oxford, Louisa qualified at a magic circle law firm and was later headhunted to set up the London office of a US law firm. She worked in the legal sector as a speaker, writer and trainer. She went on to gain a wealth of experience in coaching and mentoring individuals and teams across a range of industries, from FTSE 250 companies to non-profit organisations.
Chris has extensive international experience designing and delivering leadership management development programmes. His early training came courtesy of the Royal Military Academy, leaving as Captain. He has extensive people development experience, working across Europe and Asia. He is an accredited MBTI Practitioner, has extensive health care experience, develops high performing teams and is often found providing turnaround services in high pressure environments.
Lynne is a qualified Executive Business Coach and Psychometric administrator with over twenty years experience gained within the Higher Education sector, designing, developing and delivering corporate programmes to public and private sector bodies. Successful author, with an MA in Criminology, PGCert in Business Coaching & Mentoring, MBTI Practitioner, BPS A+B, 16PF, ILM Level 7 Dip in Coaching.
Ali Northcott is a Disruptive Coach, multi-disciplinary facilitator, researcher and practitioner. With a specific interest in creativity and neuro diversity she is passionate about how knowledge and ideas are produced, shared, and valued. She has experience of working with experts within the AI, cognitive neuroscience, robotics, experimental psychology, dance and design fields. Consistent results in her approach include ground-breaking and innovative insight, breaking cognitive barriers and improving the flow of thinking.
Pauline specialises in the Further Education sector as a consultant, trainer, lead inspector and university business coach. Previously responsible for Local Authority Adult Education provision in a large county, she has delivered national training programmes, acted as a quality improvement facilitator, and worked as a coach on the Executive Leader Development Programme. She is a Fellow of the Society for Education and Training and her qualifications include an MA in Teaching (by Research).
